Job summary

Barclays in Whippany, NJ is seeking an AVP for Regulatory Reporting FR Y-15 & CCAR to prepare and deliver Federal Reserve filings (FR Y-15, FR Y-14A/Q/M). You will coordinate data across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and IT to ensure accurate reporting and robust controls.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, attestation, and change management, with opportunities to engage with regulators and support inquiries and examinations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking/financial services within Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Risk or Treasury.
• Knowledge of FR Y-15 regulatory reporting and related Federal Reserve requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess prudential regulatory reporting risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assess and strengthen internal controls and governance framework for regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities and support other departments in reviews.
• Analyze regulatory data to drive insights and inform decision-making.
• Provide regulatory training programs for employees.
