Job summary

Barclays in Whippany, NJ seeks an AVP for Regulatory Reporting FR Y-15 & CCAR to lead complex data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting activities across the IHC and CUSO. You will coordinate with Finance, Treasury, Risk, IT, and Product Control to ensure regulatory compliance and strong governance.

Minimum salary is 100,000 USD and maximum is 150,000 USD; role includes interfacing with regulators, change management, and robust control environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FR Y-15 regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience in banking/regulatory reporting functions preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate prudential regulatory reporting risks.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities; support related reviews.
• Analyze regulatory data to provide insights for decision-making.
