Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG), the largest real estate private equity fund administrator by funds administered. This role focuses on building and leading key accounting processes for a major SEC-listed REIT, including cash flow, financial reporting, and audit support.

The position requires 5+ years in fund accounting with REIT exposure, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with Yardi and NAV calculations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fund accounting experience, including experience with REITs and/or real estate private equity funds.
• Financial statement preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily cash, accounting and financial reporting for the REIT.
• Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, stockholders’ equity, and cash flows.
• Oversee general ledger and work papers with capital activity and investment activity.
• Prepare day-to-day operations of the REIT and monthly share class pricing.
• Support quarterly and year-end audits with external auditors and tax teams.
