Job summary

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) seeks an Advanced Vehicle Platform (AVP) Program Management Analyst to support software and technology for vehicle programs. This individual contributor role drives program objectives, KPIs, and schedules across engineering teams.

You will lead problem-solving, perform cost and weight analysis, and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery while staying within budgets. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline.
• Vehicle development program management experience preferred; experience with launches from concept to production is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
• Ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in defining scope, timing, and resources for vehicle-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, deliverables, KPIs, and project timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead problem-solving activities and perform business-case analysis, cost and weight initiatives, and market analysis.
• Drive alignment across organizations and establish a single-voice agreement on program issues, features, and specs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure on-time delivery of program goals.
• Coordinate development activities across engineering functions and manage budgets, resources, and forecasting.
