We are seeking a dynamic Pipelining Transformation Leader to identify, develop, and drive new ambition opportunities within our enterprise as we undergo a major transformation in the healthcare industry. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance, unlock new value streams, and drive operational efficiencies across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking strategist with a strong background in financial modeling, business transformation, operational leadership, and innovation within healthcare or adjacent industries. They will partner closely with executive leadership, finance, operations, and business development teams to ensure financial sustainability and growth in an evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Financial Opportunity Identification
  2. Analyze internal and external market trends to identify financial opportunities.
  3. Develop a structured pipeline of high-impact transformation initiatives to drive profitability and long-term value creation.
  4. Partner with leadership to align financial ambition with business transformation goals.

  2. Lead cross-functional teams to design, validate, and execute innovative initiatives.
  3. Translate financial ambition opportunities into actionable roadmaps, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
  2. Collaborate with C-suite executives, business unit leaders, and finance teams to gain buy-in and drive execution.
  3. Foster a culture of financial discipline, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  4. Present business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Performance Measurement & Risk Management
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to track the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and scenario analyses to optimize decision-making.
  • Adjust strategies based on real-time performance insights.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in financial strategy, business transformation, strategy, operations leadership, or corporate finance, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong track record in identifying and driving financial growth opportunities in large-scale enterprises.
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and value creation strategies.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, payer/provider dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $184,800 - $254,100 per year. This is a full-time position with potential bonuses based on performance.
