We are seeking a dynamic Pipelining Transformation Leader to identify, develop, and drive new ambition opportunities within our enterprise as we undergo a major transformation in the healthcare industry. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance, unlock new value streams, and drive operational efficiencies across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $184,800 - $254,100 per year. Compensation may vary based on location and experience. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
