Based in New York, the position requires 4–6 years in risk/audit/compliance and strong communication with cross-functional teams. The role collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk functions to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4–6 years of experience in Financial Services in Risk, Audit or Compliance preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; data analytics skills.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for drafting, summarization and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support expanding strategic initiatives with upfront risk assessment and control design.
• Maintain 1LoD coverage for Path to Advice control obligations.
• Provide 1LoD risk sign-off / credible challenge for process changes and control design.
• Lead end-to-end exam/audit readiness for assigned coverage area.
• Coordinate with second and third lines of defense on risk management.
