Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in operational due diligence or related investment management roles.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience evaluating operational risks and control environments at asset managers or hedge funds.
• Familiarity with data management concepts and technology to improve due diligence workflows.
• Experience with AI tools or automation in due diligence is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational due diligence reviews across liquid and illiquid investment managers.
• Assess infrastructure, governance, valuation practices, service providers and controls.
• Manage full due diligence lifecycle: planning, onsite meetings, documentation, reporting, monitoring.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of fund managers and regulatory changes.
• Develop benchmarking and comparative analyses to support decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and evolving operational risks across markets.
• Coordinate external due diligence providers and consultants.
• Drive process improvements and data-driven risk assessment within ODD.
• Lead initiatives on technology adoption and automation.
• Identify AI-enabled solutions to enhance review, testing and benchmarking.
