Job summary

GIC seeks an AVP, Operational Due Diligence to conduct comprehensive DD on public and private fund investments, coordinating with Singapore and New York teams. You will apply data-driven approaches, document operations, controls, and risks, and drive improvements across processes.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled enhancements, strong analytics, and robust stakeholder management within our Global Investment Services division.

Qualifications

5–8 years of related experience in operational due diligence across funds.
Strong knowledge of public and private market investment operations lifecycle, controls, risks, and regulatory requirements.
Experience applying AI tooling to due diligence workflows and data extraction, including DDQs and audit reports.

Responsibilities

Conduct and manage the operational due diligence for fund investments across liquid and illiquid strategies.
Review qualitative and quantitative assessments of fund managers’ operations, controls, risks, and ongoing developments; manage projects and external resources.
Monitor market and regulatory trends; provide timely, relevant advice to the business and resolve issues professionally.
Lead or assist reviews and improvements of processes; identify new business requirements and capabilities; initiate ad-hoc projects such as AI-enabled improvements.
