The ideal candidate will need extensive experience in insurance operations, particularly within Casualty or Specialty Lines, and must demonstrate a proven track record of operational process optimization and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance operations supporting underwriter profit centers.
• Knowledge of P&C insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Strong analytical abilities including process mapping and reporting.
