Westhab Inc. in New York City seeks an Assistant Vice President for NYC Housing Programs to lead development, implementation, and expansion of the NYC program portfolio.

Responsibilities include coordinating startup processes, staffing, budgeting, and ensuring milestones are met in collaboration with executive leadership. The role requires mastering program development, regulatory compliance, and cross-department collaboration with Finance, HR, Facilities, and Real Estate Development.

Formación

• Master’s Degree or the equivalent preferred with five+ years of senior-level administrative experience.
• Experience managing multiple programs serving homeless/special needs populations.
• Strong managerial, administrative, and fiscal analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preparation and ongoing management of program applications through OTDA SMS.
• Coordinate documentation, inspections, credentials, and materials for approvals and site openings.
• Collaborate with VP/COO to resolve operational, regulatory, and logistical issues for new sites.
• Build relationships with DHS, community boards, and partner agencies to support program development.
• Lead planning and implementation of new programs, ensuring staffing, documentation, and startup readiness.

Educación
