Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated people management skills in a service/account management role.
• Minimum of five years direct supervision of employee performance management.
• Strong emphasis on managing multi-line claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned NAC business accounts for workers’ compensation and liability claims.
• Provide expertise to claims staff and oversee outsourced claims.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure knowledge sharing.
