Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is looking for an AVP Claims Account Manager to join the National Accounts Casualty Team in Los Angeles. This role involves managing various business accounts for claims related to workers’ compensation, auto, and general liability. The successful candidate will provide technical oversight and lead claims staff while ensuring operational goals are met.

Applicants must have extensive experience in managing multi-line claims and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree and proper Adjuster Licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ direct supervision of employee performance management.
• Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in managing multi-line claims.
• Proper Adjuster Licenses in all applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and oversight to claims staff.
• Lead and manage Claims staff focusing on talent management.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and other departments on market trends.
