Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ direct supervision of employee performance management.
• Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in managing multi-line claims.
• Proper Adjuster Licenses in all applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned NAC business accounts.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight to claims staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely case reserving.
