Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of (10-15) years’ experience overseeing multi-line claims.
• Five years of direct supervision of employee performance management.
• Proper Adjuster Licenses in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned NAC business accounts for claims.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight to staff.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely case reserving.
