You will deliver prompt, resourced cyber, security and business incident management services, triage, impact assessment and escalation for complex incidents across the bank. You will monitor dashboards, coordinate communications, and align with the Technology Command Center to minimize business interruptions and ensure production resilience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in coordinating incident plans/responses and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to monitor real-time security incidents and execute contingency plans to minimize business impact.
• Ability to develop and coordinate incident response plans and perform data-driven situational awareness.
