CFA Institute in Atlanta seeks an Assistant Vice President, Insurance Portfolio Manager to lead and support the construction, oversight, and day-to-day management of customized insurance portfolios across public and private fixed income markets.

You will translate client objectives and regulatory considerations into portfolio decisions, perform analytics, and collaborate with risk, operations, and client-facing teams to deliver durable investment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 4–7 years experience in fixed income portfolio management or analytics.
• Knowledge of NAIC RBC, SAP and GAAP accounting is required.
• CFA designation progress strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to evaluate risk and capital tradeoffs.

Responsabilités

• Support multisector fixed income portfolio design and ongoing management for life and P&C clients.
• Translate investment guidelines, ALM targets, and regulatory constraints into portfolio inputs.
• Execute rebalancing, cash deployment, and trade execution with senior teams.
• Perform relative value analysis across public and private fixed income assets.
