Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare contracting, network management.
• Deep expertise in hospital contracting and hospital systems.
• Strong ability to negotiate complex contracts and drive value-based outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hospital contracting strategies with acute care hospitals and IDNs.
• Negotiate highly complex hospital agreements (fee-for-service, DRG, case rate, bundles).
• Oversee enterprise provider contracting across IPAs, medical groups, physicians, and ancillary providers.
• Ensure CMS compliance and alignment with financial targets and quality outcomes.
