Job summary

Abilis Health Plan, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Dir of Contracting & Network Management to lead provider contracts and networks for a Medicare Advantage plan. You will drive network adequacy, lead negotiations, and oversee analytics to align with value-based care and cost containment.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of managing complex provider contracts in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in managed care, health plan operations or network management.
• Proven progression from operational to strategic leadership roles.
• Experience negotiating complex provider contracts (hospitals, physician groups, ancillaries).
• Background in value-based contracting, risk sharing, capitation or shared savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead network strategy and design to ensure access across geographies and specialties.
• Negotiate and manage provider contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Oversee provider relations, data integrity, and performance measurement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with financial targets.
• Guide value-based contracting development and cost management initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for network operations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team.
