Kaufman Hall is seeking an AVP, Healthcare Data and AI to lead development and enhancement of an advanced healthcare insights platform. You will design data models, analytics methodologies, and AI-enabled capabilities to support consultants in accessing and applying complex healthcare data.

You will collaborate with subject-matter experts, business stakeholders, and technology partners to translate needs into analytical solutions, driving value in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive data science, analytics and AI-enabled analytics experience.
• Experience with ML/AI, predictive analytics and optimization in business environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop, deploy and maintain analytical models and AI-enabled capabilities for healthcare insights.
• Support data strategy and data assets coordination across practices.
• Translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions for Insight Engine functionality and use cases.
• Collaborate with Innovation and Insights teams to deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure analytical accuracy and reliability.
