• Earned doctorate and credentials to qualify for tenure as full Professor.
• Progressive leadership experience in college/school academic administration.
• Ability to develop interdisciplinary graduate programs and research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and mentorship for growth of graduate programs.
• Lead accreditation processes and program assessment across units.
• Oversee graduate recruitment, enrollment growth, and student success strategies.
• Coordinate with Graduate Studies, ORSP, CEGE and RSCA/UIRB committees.
• Develop policies to support faculty, student and staff research and grants.
