Job summary

The role oversees departments such as the Kegley Center for Student Success, EOP, Project Rebound, and Career Education, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with campus partners.

Qualifications

• Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years in student success or related area.
• Licenses: valid driver’s license by date of hire.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for planning, implementation, and assessment of student success initiatives.
• Develop and align university strategies with student access, retention, and graduation goals.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and operational planning for student-focused departments.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance student outcomes and equity.
