Responsibilities

• Manage and execute key initiatives across global real estate, security and facilities from planning through operational readiness.
• Translate priorities into milestones, timelines and documentation with clear ownership.
• Coordinate site acquisition, design, construction, occupancy planning and post-opening integration.
• Maintain momentum across initiatives by tracking progress, risks and dependencies and escalating as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely decisions.
• Establish governance structures, trackers, action logs and reporting tools.
