Job summary

Citi in Irving, Texas seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer Analyst to design, build, test, and maintain mission-critical customer-facing web and mobile apps using Java Spring Boot and Angular/React. You’ll contribute to secure, scalable microservices, REST APIs, and automated test suites within a collaborative team.

You will work across QA, DevOps, and SRE to ensure code quality, security, and reliable deployments, while supporting weekend production windows and post-deployment checks.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in an Apps Development role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented
• Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
• Experience in affecting large culture change
• Experience leading infrastructure programs
• Skilled at working with third party service providers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain responsive, high-performance customer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Develop clean, modular front-end components using Angular or React with modern CSS/HTML frameworks.
• Build resilient backend services using Java and SpringBoot microservices.
• Design, build, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and database integrations.
• Drive quality engineering by authoring automated unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Develop test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, JUnit, Mockito, or Jest.
• Perform functional, regression, API, and performance testing across staging environments.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD release pipelines with QA/DevOps teams.
• Practice secure coding and implement OAuth2/OIDC/JWT and secure communications.
