Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is seeking an experienced AVP Frontend Outsystems Manager to lead frontend development for the next generation Axos workstation platform. You will guide cross-functional teams, design scalable web experiences, and ensure secure, high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong full-stack skills, leadership experience, and collaboration with stakeholders across the enterprise to drive architecture and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency with Outsystems, Java, JavaScript, MVC, Angular/React, TypeScript; 5+ years full-stack web development.
• 1+ year managing or leading technical resources.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology/concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and build requirements across the enterprise portfolio.
• Lead development teams of near-shore or local developers.
• Design and prototype enterprise-wide solutions focusing on security, performance, CI and code quality.
• Communicate with leads, development teams and managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve Axos’ development capabilities.
