Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group is seeking an AVP of Financial Reporting to lead the Fund Administration and Operations Team in delivering regulated financial statements for Registered Mutual Funds. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Reporting and/or Fund Accounting for open-end and closed-end funds.
• Experience with AICPA Audit and Accounting Guide, Reg S‑X, N‑1A and N‑2 disclosure requirements.
• Experience with third-party administrator and independent audit firms.
• Experience with preparing board materials and interacting with Mutual Fund Boards.
• Experience with Mutual Fund budgets including analysis of budget assumptions and allocation methodologies.
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory leadership.
• CPA license preferred.
• Strong relationship-management skills with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for regulatory reporting processes and related financial statements.
• Provide leadership to a team delivering complex financial reporting for management.
• Direct development of accurate, timely, and reliable financial information for decision-making.
• Oversee financial reporting policies and procedures.
