Qualificações

• Significant leadership experience in Financial Crime within a large insurance or diversified financial services firm.
• Deep expertise in AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery and corruption and related controls.
• Experience engaging regulators, executives, and governance committees in a highly regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Financial Crime risks, regulatory obligations, and governance for US businesses.
• Advise senior leaders on AML, sanctions, fraud, and related matters.
• Maintain consolidated view of risks, regulatory developments, and program effectiveness.
• Lead regulator engagements and support examinations and remediation activities.
• Partner with global teams to advance modernization of Financial Crime capabilities.
• Represent US regulatory requirements in change programs and drive adoption of new processes.
• Build relationships with industry bodies and external stakeholders.
• Present risk updates to senior management and governance committees.
