Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years in a similar compliance leadership role for a commercial insurer preferred.
• Strong management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory filings, training, and audits within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Directs compliance operations to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Leads initiatives to reduce compliance risk and improve program effectiveness.
• Oversees state filings, rates, rule and form developments, and underwriting guidelines.
• Provides training and guidance to field underwriting, claims and customer service staff.
