Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking an AVP to lead federal supply-side housing policy within its government relations and advocacy team. The role drives strategy on LIHTC, CDFI Fund, housing finance, CRA, and energy policy, coordinating across capital, development, and program staff.

You will manage a portfolio of priorities, build coalitions, and shape external communications while guiding senior staff. Travel and nontraditional hours are expected.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of housing and community development policy.
  • Experience in federal government relations and policy development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of federal supply-side policy and advocacy agenda.
  • Coordinate policy work across Enterprise teams and external partners.
  • Lobby on statutory and regulatory priorities with federal branches.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the federal policy landscape.
  • Build and participate in coalitions with advocates and community partners.
  • Develop internal and external communications and research content.
