Job summary

Tidal Financial Group is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to support regulatory reporting and fund administration for 300+ funds. You will collect, validate, and analyze data from advisers, fund accounting agents, custodians, and data vendors to ensure accurate N-PORT and N-CEN submissions.

In this fast-paced role, you will leverage advanced Excel skills, coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Capital Markets and Client Services, and help improve controls and processes across the ETF platform.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in fund administration or ETF operations
• Direct experience preparing SEC regulatory filings for registered funds (N-PORT, N-CEN) is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA desirable
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet regulatory deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly collection of portfolio, financial, and reference data for 300+ funds from multiple sources
• Validate, reconcile, and analyze data to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to regulatory submission
• Ingest and format data within standardized reporting templates for Forms N-PORT and N-CEN filings
• Prepare and/or review regulatory filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, 24f-2, N-PX, N-CSR)
• Support new fund launches, including operational setup and vendor coordination
• Assist with regulatory exams, internal audits, and due diligence reviews
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and controls
• Provide guidance/training to junior administrators and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Capital Markets, and Client Services
