Job summary

PrismHR seeks an AVP of System Operations to oversee entertainment payroll systems, support, testing, and training for high‑volume clients. You will lead teams, set service levels, and drive risk management across a PEO environment.

The role requires extensive experience with entertainment payroll, union/ guild considerations, and SOP governance, partnering with Technology, Compliance, and Client Services to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years leading system operations in payroll/HCM environments.
• Experience with entertainment payroll and multi-jurisdictional rules.
• Proven track record implementing SOPs and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entertainment system operations, support, testing, and training.
• Define scalable service models aligned with production schedules.
• Lead SOP creation and governance for payroll and compliance workflows.
• Partner with Technology, Compliance, and Client Services teams.
