Mission Fed Credit Union is seeking an AVP of Enterprise Risk Management in San Diego, hybrid. The role partners with General Counsel and senior leadership to elevate the ERM program, driving smarter decisions and sustainable growth.

You will lead ERM governance, risk assessments, and reporting, while embedding risk culture across the organization and staying ahead of regulatory developments.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk, audit, compliance, legal, or a related function within a regulated financial environment.
• Strong track record leading enterprise risk assessments and advising senior leadership.
• Credit union or financial services experience strongly preferred

Aufgaben

• Shape the ERM Strategy and lead the ongoing development and maturity of the ERM program.
• Partner with senior leadership to evolve the ERM framework, risk appetite, and governance structure.
• Deliver actionable risk insights to committees and stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Monitor emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory developments and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Lead governance activities, dashboards, and reporting across the ERM function
