Compensation ranges from $114k to $120k based on experience and includes generous benefits like medical and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• 5+ years management experience in disability services.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a health or human services environment.
