The role combines technical leadership with strategic planning and collaboration with business stakeholders to enable data-driven outcomes. You will define, plan, and deliver cloud-first data solutions, ensure governance and security, and accelerate analytics capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in data engineering with analytics and data access.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• 10+ years in insurance or financial services.
• Experience in a large multinational organization preferred.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Azure technology stack.
• Strong programming and data engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate analytics needs into tech solutions.
• Define data/analytics architecture, tools, and cloud-based ecosystem.
• Lead cloud-first engineering, governance, and scalable data platforms.
• Drive delivery excellence and ensure on-time, within-budget projects.
