Job summary

Travelers Companies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Data & Analytics Architecture to lead architecture strategy for Data Products & Enablement.

You will oversee teams across Master Data Management, Geospatial capabilities, and enterprise data products at a Dow 30 insurer with deep data maturity. You will guide architecture for enterprise data platforms on cloud providers and champion AI integration for scalable enterprise solutions, while ensuring delivery is secure and scalable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 8 additional years of architecture/software engineering experience.
• 3 years of technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define target state technology architecture and roadmaps.
• Align initiatives to target state, enterprise standards and business objectives.
• Lead large technology proofs of concepts to validate architecture feasibility.
• Champion transformation to minimize technical debt and optimize outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver communications to convey architectural direction to leadership.
