Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Data to lead integrated data capabilities across analytics, reporting, data science, ML, and AI. Reporting to the CTO, this executive will unify the data function during a consolidation phase and drive data products, predictive models, and responsible AI for outcomes in crisis contexts.

The role requires 12+ years in analytics/data leadership, deep BI and modern data stack experience, and a strong focus on health equity analytics

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience defining and executing integrated data strategies spanning analytics, BI, data science, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead an integrated data strategy spanning analytics, reporting, data science, ML, and AI.
• Own budget planning, forecasting, and governance for the Data function.
