Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with business development and client management in CRE.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, KYC reviews, and credit investigations.
• Manage a designated CRE client book with annual and interim credit reviews.
• Prepare credit analyses, financial spreads, and supporting documentation for credit proposals.
• Monitor portfolio performance and escalate emerging concerns to senior team members.
• Support the Head of CRE with ad-hoc tasks and reporting.
