Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum of 10 years in construction management.
• 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience overseeing large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6.
• Ability to analyze financial reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to multi-task under pressure.

Position Summary:

The AVP of Construction Services, a key leadership role, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction operations, project execution, and strategic planning within the company.
