Job summary

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union in Lowell, MA is seeking an AVP of Compliance & Operational Risk to lead the enterprise-wide framework, enhance internal controls, and promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct. This senior role requires strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

You will partner with business units, technology, lending, operations, and senior leadership to identify, assess, monitor, mitigate, and report risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/risk management or related field.
• Minimum five years in risk management, compliance, or regulatory oversight.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (federal/state), BSA/AML, privacy, cybersecurity.
• Experience interacting with regulators and boards.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
