Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, compliance, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or regulatory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Supports the administration and ongoing enhancement of the credit union’s compliance management framework and programs.
• Monitors regulatory changes and industry developments impacting operations and member communications.
• Reviews policies, procedures, disclosures, forms, and marketing materials for compliance.
• Coordinates or supports compliance testing, monitoring, and corrective action follow-up.
• Directs and supports legal functions related to subpoenas and court requests.
• Leads or participates in regulatory examinations, compliance audits, and documentation requests.
• Maintains awareness of applicable consumer compliance regulations including lending, privacy, fair lending, and record retention.
