Job summary

Servbank seeks an AVP Banking Risk to oversee the risk and controls framework for Deposit Operations across commercial and consumer lines, collaborating with BSA and enterprise risk teams to strengthen governance and regulatory compliance.

The role leads testing programs, reports to the Risk Committee, and guides remediation and capacity planning across sites, with emphasis on resilience and control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Law or equivalent knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage banking/servicing risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Banking Risk for Deposit Operations, including monthly KPI scorecards.
• Develop and oversee risk management processes to test control effectiveness.
• Partner with LOB and BSA leadership to minimize defects in deposit activities.
• Assist in developing methodologies to assess and rank risk controls.
• Deliver risk findings to Risk Committee with corrective actions and timelines.
• Oversee testing programs for deposit lifecycle activities and regulatory adherence.
