Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar role for a commercial insurance carrier.
• Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs compliance programs to minimize regulatory risk for the company.
• Oversees state filings, rates, rules, forms and underwriting guidelines across states/lines.
• Leads remediation projects and large-scale compliance initiatives.
• Coordinates training on compliance issues and liaises with Legal.
