Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar compliance role for a commercial insurance carrier.
• Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with management on issues and provides leadership to staff.
• Monitors rates, rules, forms and programs for regulatory compliance.
• Oversees auto liability reporting system and state filings and licensing.
• Reviews training programs and coordinates compliance training.
• Leads remediation projects and long-term planning for operational excellence.
