The role supports a hybrid work model with remote consideration for qualified candidates outside the primary region, and oversees state filings, training, and policy development to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of experience in a similar role for a commercial insurance carrier.
• Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities to ensure company compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Monitors rates, rules, forms and programs across states/lines to meet regulatory and company goals.
• Oversees auto liability reporting system, state filings, and producer licensing.
• Reviews training programs to ensure compliant use of programs, coverages and rates.
• Reviews and revises policies and procedures for operations in compliance with laws.
• Establishes internal controls for job functions and administrative activities.
• Improves systems and processes to support data quality, efficiency and compliance.
• Liaises with Legal on regulatory processes and compliance issues.
• Leads remediation projects and long-term planning for operational excellence.
