Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for claims transformation, process innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Claims, Technology, Product, Compliance, and Legal to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Serve as the business lead for major claims system initiatives, including FINEOS enhancements, implementations, and modernization.
  • Translate business needs into future-state operating models, technology solutions, and transformational initiatives.
  • Establish metrics, governance, and reporting to measure impact and performance.
  • Lead organizational readiness, change management, and adoption strategies.
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and improve outcomes.
