L’Oréal is seeking an AVP, CIO Office Specialist – Office of Enterprise Architecture & Integration in Berkeley Heights, NJ. You will translate business transformation roadmaps into IT strategic plans and drive adoption of modern tools, platforms, and AI-enabled processes.

In this role you’ll steer IT portfolio progress, coordinate governance and budgets with Finance, and collaborate with stakeholders across the Americas to accelerate the IT transformation and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in Tech/related discipline.
• Proven experience in change management and AI tools adoption.
• Strong background in IT portfolio governance.
• Ability to translate complex business objectives into strategic IT plans.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis (no sponsorship).
• Fluency in English.

• A bachelors degree in Tech/related discipline, or relative work experience.
• Proven experience in change management, successfully driving adoption of new platforms and AI tools.
• Strong background in IT portfolio management and governance.
• Ability to translate complex business objectives into strategic IT plans.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Fluency in English.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows

Salary Range

$147,100 - $213,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
