Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking an AVP, CIO Office Specialist – Office of Enterprise Architecture & Integration in the Berkeley Heights area to join our Corp IT division. You will report to the IT Platform Lead and help align business priorities with technology transformation across the Americas.

The role requires change management, IT portfolio governance, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable IT plans, with English fluency and US work authorization.

A Day in the Life

Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Architecture & Integration, you will build trusted partnerships to align business priorities with our technology and organizational transformation roadmap.

• Strategic Alignment: Translate business transformation roadmaps into IT Strategic and operational plans.
• Change Management: Drive the adoption of modern tools, platforms, and AI-enhanced processes to accelerate our IT transformation.
• Portfolio Steering: Consolidate and track IT portfolio, program, and product progress.
• Governance & Finance: Coordinate resource allocation, budgets, and risk management with Finance.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

You are a strategic connector who aligns business needs with technical execution:

• A bachelors degree in Tech/related discipline, or relative work experience.
• Proven experience in change management, successfully driving adoption of new platforms and AI tools.
• Strong background in IT portfolio management and governance.
• Ability to translate complex business objectives into strategic IT plans.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Fluency in English.

Salary Range

$147,100 - $213,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
