Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead the Deloitte Sales & Service transformation across CCaaS and AI-enabled service. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding complex engagements and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable client value in a rapidly changing CX landscape.

The role requires extensive experience in CCaaS, AI in customer service, and delivery leadership, with a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years delivering digital, cloud, contact center, or customer service solutions.
5+ years in sales/pre-sales and delivery with multiple pursuits and implementations.
5+ years with CCaaS and AI-enabled service transformation.
Experience with enterprise CRM integrations and omnichannel solutions.
Willingness to travel ~50% and support diverse client industries.

Responsibilities

Lead executive-level relationships and advise on contact center, CCaaS, and AI-enabled service transformation.
Shape and deliver transformation programs using CCaaS and related CX technologies.
Lead pursuit strategy, workshops, proposals, and executive presentations.
Translate business priorities into practical strategies and roadmaps.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, data, and delivery.
Develop reusable offerings and thought leadership to strengthen market position.
