Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead CCaaS and AI Transformation initiatives in our Sales & Service practice. You will guide executive client relationships, shape transformation programs, and drive measurable outcomes across strategy, technology, and delivery teams.

Based in Costa Mesa, CA, you will leverage expertise in CCaaS platforms like NICE CXone and Amazon Connect, AI-enabled service, and cross-functional leadership to expand Deloitte's market position and deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or equivalent work experience required.
10+ years delivering digital, cloud, CCaaS or customer service solutions.
5+ years in sales/pre-sales and delivery with multiple pursuits and implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead executive-level client relationships and advise on CCaaS and AI-enabled service transformation.
Shape and deliver transformation programs using CCaaS platforms and related CX technologies.
Lead pursuit strategy, client workshops, proposals, and executive presentations.
Translate business priorities into roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans.
Oversee delivery quality, risks, dependencies, and client outcomes.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, technology, data, and change management.
Develop reusable offerings and thought leadership to strengthen Deloitte's market position.
