Job summary

Deloitte's Sales & Service organization seeks an Associate Vice President to drive the CCaaS and AI transformation agenda for our clients in the U.S. You will lead executive-level relationships, shape transformation programs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable client value.

With 10+ years in digital, cloud, contact center, or customer service solutions and 5+ years in CCaaS, you will guide pursuits, design enterprise solutions, and advance AI-enabled service initiatives,

Qualifications

10+ years delivering digital, cloud, contact center, or customer service solutions.
5+ years focused on CCaaS or customer service transformation.
5+ years with NICE CXone and/or Amazon Connect including enterprise solutions integration.
Experience applying AI to customer service or contact center use cases.
Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

Lead executive relationships and advise stakeholders on contact center, CCaaS, and AI-enabled service transformation.
Shape and deliver transformation programs using CX technologies.
Lead pursuit strategy, client workshops, proposals, estimates, and executive presentations.
Translate business priorities into practical strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, technology, data, and change management.
